What we collect, and what we never do with it

Privacy notice

A short, plain-language summary of what happens to the information you give us.

What we collect

When you apply for a diagnostic session we collect:

  • Your name, work email address and company name.
  • Your role, company size, country, the AI tools in use, what is driving the need, and your timeline.
  • Basic campaign attribution from the URL you arrived on (such as utm_source and gclid), so we know which campaign an application came from.

Why we collect it

To review whether the session is a good fit, to arrange it, and to send you the output afterwards. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

What happens in the session

Nothing discussed in a session is published or attributed. Any examples used publicly are composites drawn from patterns across many conversations, never a single identifiable organisation.

How long we keep it

Application details are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about the diagnostic, and are deleted on request at any time.

Analytics and cookies

This site records anonymous interaction events (page views, scroll depth, form steps) through a tag manager. Campaign parameters are held in your browser’s session storage for the duration of your visit so that an application can be attributed to the campaign that brought you here. No advertising cookies are set by this site itself.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email us and we will action it.

Contact

Replace with your contact address — e.g. privacy@yourdomain.com. Governance Readiness is the data controller for information submitted through this site.
